The Barometer of shippers’ perception of rail freight will assess the satisfaction of shippers at the European level regarding the service that rail transport offers to them.
The survey will look at the trends observed during the last five years and will provide a comparative analysis between past observations and current expectations of European shippers. Shippers’ feedback is indispensable to carry out this edition of the Barometer.
The deadline to complete the survey is the 8th of March 2019.

This edition is organised in partnership with Association des Utilisateurs de Transport de Fret (AUTF), Groupement National des Transports Combinés (GNTC), Association Française du Rail (AFRA), Transport et Logistique de France (TLF), les Opérateurs Ferroviaires de Proximité (OFP), Union des Transports Publics et Ferroviaires (UTP), International union of railways (UIC), and the Société nationale des chemins de fer français (SNCF Réseau).
The confidentiality of answers is guaranteed. Only consolidated results will be disseminated, excluding any information of a company.
Results will be reported during the European Rail Freight Day on the 28th of March 2019.
