European Parliament: draft report on resilient supply chains in EU trade to address current shortages

The Committee on International Trade of the European Parliament produced a draft report on resilient supply chains in EU trade to address current shortages. In its report the European Parliament underlines that it is crucial to respond to the possible negative consequences of any external shocks with a coordinated approach at national and EU level. A special attention should be paid to the sensitive sectors, like agricultural products, critical raw materials, semiconductors, and medicines products.
