The International Air Transport Association (IATA) launches a survey to learn about shippers’perceptions, experiences, and expectations when using air to transport goods.
ESC encourages shippers to participate. The deadline is the 28th of February 2019.
3rd IATA Global Survey
The IATA’s survey will help its airline members to better understand their customers and improve their service through IATA’s Cargo Transformation initiatives. In this year’s survey, IATA adds a series of e-commerce related questions to see how e-commerce is impacting shippers’ businesses, shippers’ expectations, and how air cargo could best evolve to meet shippers’ needs.
The aggregated and anonymous outcomes of this survey will be shared at the next IATA’s World Cargo Symposium that will take place in Singapore from 12th to 14th of March 2019.
