Suspending autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain products

The new Council Regulation suspends the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain industrial and agricultural products because the European Union production of these products is not sufficient to cover the needs of the Union industry.

As the European Union production of certain industrial and agricultural products is not sufficient to cover the needs of the Union industry, the new Council Regulation that enters into force on 1 July 2018, suspends the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on those products. This regulation – COUNCIL REGULATION (EU) 2018/914 of 25 June 2018 – amends Council Regulation (EU) No 1387/2013 that provides the list of these products. For more information, please see Regulation 2018/914.
