Public consultation: OECD guidance to counter illicit trade

OCDE launched a public consultation on the draft OECD Guidance to Counter Illicit Trade in Free Trade Zones (FTZ).

The objective of the consultation is to benefit from the experience and expertise of all the stakeholders concerned by its provisions. The guidance itself aims to increase transparency, facilitate trade, and decrease illicit trade coming or passing via free trade zones. For private companies, forwarders, and customs brokers, the stake is to minimize risks. The consultation is open until 3 September 2018. To participate and for more information, please read here.
